Program Enrollment

Enrollment in our programs is subject to availability and acceptance criteria. We maintain the right to refuse enrollment to applicants who don't meet our prerequisites or whose goals don't align with our program offerings.

Content Access

Students gain access to learning materials, video content, exercises, and community resources for the duration of their enrolled program. Access periods vary by program and are clearly communicated during enrollment.

3. User Obligations and Conduct

As a participant in maxonflux programs, you agree to:

• Provide Accurate Information: Supply truthful and current details during registration and maintain updated contact information throughout your enrollment.
• Maintain Account Security: Keep your login credentials confidential and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Respect Intellectual Property: Use our educational materials solely for personal learning purposes and refrain from unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or commercial use.
• Engage Respectfully: Treat instructors, staff, and fellow students with courtesy in all communications and collaborative activities.
• Follow Academic Integrity: Complete assignments independently unless collaboration is explicitly permitted, and properly attribute any external resources you reference.

4. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly forbidden when using our platform:

• Sharing your account credentials with others or accessing another user's account without authorization
• Copying, distributing, or selling our proprietary learning materials, videos, or course content
• Using automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or download content from our platform
• Attempting to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to our systems or infrastructure

Violations of these prohibitions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, and resources provided through maxonflux—including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, code examples, exercises, and software—are owned by maxonflux or our content partners and protected by Australian and international copyright laws.

Student-created work during our programs remains the intellectual property of the student, though we may request permission to showcase exemplary projects as examples for future cohorts.

6. Payment Terms and Refunds

Program fees are clearly stated during the enrollment process. Payment must be received in full before you gain access to learning materials unless you've arranged an approved payment plan.

Refund Policy

We offer refunds according to the following schedule:

• Full refund if you withdraw within 7 days of enrollment and before accessing more than 10% of the course content
• 50% refund if you withdraw within 14 days of enrollment and before accessing more than 25% of content
• No refunds after 14 days or once you've accessed more than 25% of course materials

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@maxonflux.com with your enrollment details and reason for withdrawal.

7. Program Changes and Cancellations

maxonflux reserves the right to modify program schedules, curriculum content, or instructor assignments when necessary. We'll provide reasonable notice of significant changes that may affect your learning experience.

In rare circumstances where we must cancel a program before it begins, enrolled students will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future session.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

While we strive to provide high-quality education that prepares students for careers in software development, we make no guarantees about specific outcomes. Success in the tech industry depends on many factors beyond our control, including individual effort, market conditions, and personal circumstances.

Our platform and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We don't guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform or error-free operation of all features.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, maxonflux and its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claims related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific program in question.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy laws. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in our Privacy Policy.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information but cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Canberra, ACT.
